Speech on the topic: Swachh Bharat Abhiyan!

Clean India Speech

Cleanliness is a habit that everyone should practise. Our efforts to keep our school grounds clean and well-maintained are a modest step toward keeping our society clean. The Indian government launched the Clean India Campaign to make India a better and cleaner place.

"Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" is the term given to this initiative. The program raises public awareness about the importance of cleaning. As a result, kids might begin to notice cleanliness in their surroundings and urge others to do it.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Campaign, has become a buzzword for everyone. It is one of the most lauded programs that our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, began on Mahatma Gandhi's birthday, October 2nd.

In 2014, he made an official statement about this unique initiative. It is also a one-of-a-kind campaign that caught the attention of millions of people and received national acclaim.

The campaign's primary goal was to eliminate open defecation in every region of India. It doesn't matter if it's in a rural or urban setting. Furthermore, the primary goal is to promote the habit of cleanliness and hygiene in all public and private spaces.

It doesn't matter if it's a road, a street, an office, a house, or public infrastructure all around the country. Furthermore, the most beneficial aspect of this program is to emphasise cleanliness and the construction of public restrooms in all schools, universities, and public areas.

The level of cleanliness between India and other western nations is one of the apparent differences that I am sure everyone recognises. I have a question for every one of you: do you ever wonder why their cities are always so spotless and well-kept? Of course, we must learn a lot from them and follow in their footsteps if we want our country to be considered one of the world's developed nations.

Campaign For A Clean India

It is one of the government's most effective cleanliness and sanitation programs. Furthermore, nearly 3 million public employees, including school and college students, are involved in this initiative.

The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan's primary goal is to clean up our country's 4041 towns and cities. A massive sum of 1.96 lakh crores, roughly equivalent to over 31 billion dollars, has been set aside.

Furthermore, the campaign affects various industries and has even touched the film industry. This concept has gained traction in India's cinema entertainment business. They also began working on a project relating to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, such as the Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar blockbuster "Toilet: Ek Prem Katha."

However, as the title implies, the film depicts the issues that women in India's rural regions experience daily. These ladies had no option but to defecate in public. Also, the enthralling scenarios of constructing more toilets in India's rural areas.

To summarise, the clean India initiative is gaining traction. Furthermore, it is swiftly moving the country toward a cleaner and healthier future. In addition, citizens are now contributing to maintaining the country clean and well-maintained.
